Edible Basel – Bio.Local.Saved. is a guided, interactive walking experience in that begins at Markthalle and reveals hidden treasures through the Old City and ends in Klein-Basel (Little Basel across the Rhein River). Featuring 8 stops, it highlights sustainable and bio shops, cooperatives, and small businesses transforming our food system through local production and foodsaving.
